SEC Thailand filed a criminal complaint with the DSI against the company and nine others, alleging falsified 2021–2022 financial statements and false statements in bond documents.7 8
According to the DSI, 4,704 victims and about THB 14.78bn in claimed damage. The criminal cases are pending; no verdict was found.9
The DSI sent Special Case 119/2567 to prosecutors, recommending prosecution; according to the DSI, 7,875 victims and THB 1,644m in damage. The main trial is pending.10
In a separate THB 2.5m money-laundering case, the Criminal Court acquitted the company and three people, as reported by The Nation.11
None of this is a finding of guilt unless a court decided it. People are not named.
